Meet Our Doctors Dr. Christoper Moeller

CHRISTOPHER A. MOELLER, MD

A graduate of Duke University, Dr. Moeller is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery, a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and a member of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery.

Dr. Moeller and his staff care for dermatological diseases affecting the skin, hair and nails and specializes in skin cancer treatment. Dr. Moeller has performed dermatological surgery and cosmetic procedures since 1984.

KAREN L. BOHATY, PA-C

Karen joined Moeller Dermatology in April of 2001. She received her B.S., Physician Assistant from Wichita State University in 2000. Karen diagnoses and treats diseases of the skin, hair and nails, performs surgeries such as excisions of skin cancers and performs a variety of cosmetic and laser procedures. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is NCCPA certified.

HOLLY NICHOLS, ARNP

Holly graduated from Newman University with a bachelor’s of nursing and Wichita State University with a master’s of nursing. Holly brings a new perspective to Moeller Dermatology from her nine years as a staff nurse at Via Christi Regional Medical Center.

At Via Christi, Holly worked the trauma and burn center and was a case manager. She also has two-and-a-half years of experience at general surgery practice, assisting in general and burn surgeries. She is certified as an Advanced Burn Life Support instructor.

JUDY KY, PA-C

Judy graduated with a bachelor’s of science in physician assistant and health services organization and policy in 2004 from Wichita State University. She has two years of experience in family practice and pediatrics.

Judy is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Judy was also a faculty member of the physician assistant program at WSU, where she was preceptor for first and second year physician assistant students.
