A graduate of Duke University, Dr. Moeller is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology ,a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Society for Mohs surgery, a fellow of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery. Dr. Moeller has been in private practice since 1987, and practice director of The Skin Enhancement Center since 2001. He also is a Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Internal Medicine at the University Of Kansas School Of Medicine and is an Adjunct Professor, School of Health Sciences at Wichita State University. Dr. Moeller and his staff care for dermatological diseases affecting the skin, hair, and nails and specializes in skin cancer treatments and cosmetic treatments.
Dr. Landon Johnson, a board certified dermatologist, joined Moeller Dermatology in August 2013. In 2005 he graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Fort Hays State University, with a degree in chemistry. He attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, graduating #1 in his class. After that he completed his intern year in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita followed by a Dermatology residency at the University of Colorado-Denver. He has received multiple honors and awards, including induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
Dr. Johnson performs Mohs Micrographic Surgery for selected skin cancers and has been offering the service since 2013. Dr. Johnson believes in involving his patients when making treatment decisions and offering the latest and most advanced treatments available for those with skin related problems. Dr. Johnson also prides himself with staying up to date with the latest advances in the field of Dermatology. He has expertise in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Johnson has roots in Kansas as he grew up in the small NW Kansas town of Quinter. During that time Dr. Johnson played numerous sports and was involved in Boy Scouts, where he attained the rank of Eagle Scout. One of his favorite parts of Boy Scouts was camping and hiking, and he still enjoys these activities, especially in the Colorado Mountains. After high school Dr. Johnson played Collegiate Football at Fort Hays State University and sports continue to be an interest of his. Dr. Johnson is married with 3 daughters, whose events keep him busy when not at work.
Karen joined Moeller Dermatology in April of 2001. She received her B.S. in physician assistant from Wichita State University in 2000. Karen diagnoses and treats diseases of the skin, hair and nails, and performs surgeries such as excisions of skin cancers. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and is NCCPA certified.
Jenny has been with Moeller Dermatology since April 2015 and is a native Wichitan. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Wichita State University in 1997 and has been providing nursing care for patients that range from newborns to geriatrics. She graduated from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri in May 2015. There she received her Master's Degree in Nursing with an emphasis of Family Nurse/Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified through the American Academy of Family Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau National Honor Society of Nursing.
Jenny enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them with all of their dermatological needs and loves caring for both the elderly and the very young. Jenny has been extensively trained in the area of skin care and anti-aging procedures such as Botox and Juvederm. She is excited to extend her passion of cosmetic dermatology to all her patients.
Outside of work Jenny enjoys spending time with her husband Bret and her children. When they aren't watching the kids play sports they can often be found spending time at the lake, with her sunscreen of course! Jenny's hobbies include running, cooking and biking. She looks forward to providing quality care to you and your family.
Christine is a licensed and NCCPA certified physician assistant joining Moeller Dermatology in October, 2016. She earned her BSN from Kansas Newman University, Wichita, Kansas in 1996 and worked as a registered nurse for nearly ten years. She obtained her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University in 2007. Christine has nine years experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of skin, hair, and nail conditions for patients of all ages. She performs surgical excisions of skin cancer and other dermatologic lesions. She also has a background in providing cosmetic procedures such as BOTOX injections, Voluma fillers and laser treatments.
Tara Golik joined Moeller Dermatology in July 2014 as the Skin Enhancement Center Coordinator. Tara graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing from Wichita State University in 2010. Since graduating nursing school, Tara has gravitated towards medical aesthetics and has worked in the industry since 2012. Her passion for cosmetic nursing started when she performed laser tattoo removal in Dallas, TX. She enjoys getting to know her patients and working with them on their cosmetic goals. She performs broadband light treatments, miraDry, and Botox injections.
Tarra Thole joined the Moeller Dermatology Skin Enhancement Center team in September 2011 as a Licensed Esthetician. She graduated from Eric Fisher Academy in 2009 and specializes in facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, laser hair reduction, and chemical resurfacing. Tarra gained interest in the aesthetic industry when she first met with an esthetician for her teenage acne. Tarra now loves to pamper her patients and help them achieve their skincare goals.
